Our mean gender pay gap is 5.47% and our median gender pay gap is 5.13%. Our mean bonus pay gap is 10.9% and our median bonus pay gap is 4.2%. We continue to compare favourably to the public and private sector benchmarks.

The Government's 2020 Smart Motorway Evidence Stocktake and Action Plan gathered the facts on smart motorway safety and set out an action plan to ensure smart motorways are as safe as possible. Three years on from the 2020 Action Plan, this Progress Report sets out our progress in delivering the 2020 Action Plan, the latest evidence on the safety of smart motorways, and commitments we are making to accelerate measures to further help drivers feel safe and be safer on smart motorways.
