M3 Black Dam resurfacing
We're resurfacing the slip roads at Junction 6 of the M3 to improve safety for all road users between April and May 2026.
Closures - M3 Junction 6 northbound exit slip road and northbound link to Black Dam junction
21 and 22 April
Closed overnight (9pm–6am) for two nights.
9pm Friday 24 to 6am Monday 27 April
Closed all weekend.
9pm Friday 15 to 6am Monday 18 May
Closed all weekend.
14 May
Closed overnight (9pm–6am).
18 to 21 May
Closed overnight (9pm–6am) for four nights.
There'll be no access to Basingstoke from the M3 at junction 6 during closures
You'll still be able to exit Basingstoke to join the M3.
