Highways Accident Reporting Tool

Highways Accident Reporting Tool is now live!
Over the last few months we have been progressing with the implementation of our new health, safety and wellbeing reporting system. We are pleased to confirm that the Highways Accident Reporting Tool is now live.
What can you expect on 17 January when Highways Accident Reporting Tool goes live?
We will migrate account profiles for existing Airsweb supply chain users to the Highways Accident Reporting Tool on 17 January.
If you are an Airsweb user, you will automatically receive an email with a link to create a new password for HART. Please do this as soon as possible when you receive the email, as the link is only valid for 24 hours.
Please be aware these emails do have ‘Airsweb’ on them, these haven’t yet been updated by the system provider.
Migrating data from Airsweb to HART
In order to maintain accessibility of Airsweb right up until the switch over on 17 January, it will take a little longer to migrate some of the most recent data reported on Airsweb across to HART. The Health, Safety & Wellbeing team at National Highways will be working with EcoOnline to get this data migrated across as quickly as possible during the week of launch.
However, it is important to understand that events reported in the last 5 months will not show on HART immediately on 17 January. Therefore there may be a slight delay in being able to access or update these records.
If you have any queries in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact HARTsupplychain@highwaysengland.co.uk
