We’re building a new offline bypass around the village of Little Singleton. The bypass will help to reduce congestion, improve safety, reduce the impact of traffic on the local community, and remove a major bottleneck on the main road to Fleetwood.

We’ll be upgrading 11.2 miles of central reservation barrier in Bedfordshire, upgrading it from steel to concrete, to improve the safety and reliability of journeys along this stretch of the M1.
