We’re carrying out essential maintenance work on the A1033 from Salt End Roundabout to the junction with Marfleet Roundabout.
What are we doing and when?

How will this impact me?
If your business or property has direct access onto the A1033 with no other available access, our traffic management team will escort you through the closure when it is safe to do so. If you can, please try to limit vehicle movements while we carry out this work.
We are mindful that our work will cause disruption in the area with extended journey times for motorway traffic and we apologise in advance for this inconvenience. We are also aware of other work taking place at Castle Street have worked around these projects in our planning.
Some of the machinery we use will be noisy and there is likely to be an increase in traffic noise in residential areas as we have limited options for diversions; we aim to complete this work as quickly and as safely as possible to limit disturbance to communities.
