Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company joins the Lower Thames Crossing

We’ve appointed Royal British Legion Industries’ social enterprise, Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company (BBMC), as a signage partner for the Lower Thames Crossing.

BBMC will produce a wide range of signage for the project, from site signs to temporary and permanent road signs, helping to ensure safe, high-quality infrastructure across the new route.

All signage will be manufactured in Kent by BBMC’s team of veterans and people with disabilities, supporting skilled employment and local industry. 

This partnership also builds on BBMC’s work producing signage for the Lower Thames Crossing Skills Hub, which helps local people access training and careers in construction. The project aims to recruit almost half of its workforce locally and spend a third of its construction budget with small businesses, leaving a lasting legacy of skills, jobs, and opportunity across the region.
