BikerTek event competition prize draw terms and conditions
The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of National Highways, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
All entries must be submitted by playing the BikerTek Match the Master game at either the ABR festival, Car Fest or GoodWood events and providing your email address through the contact form.
The opening date for entries is 00:01 on 25.06.26. The closing date is 23:59 on 1.09.26. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
National Highways (as promoter) accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
1 winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer on 2.09.26.
The winner will receive x1 2-day BikeMaster Level 1 course delivered by Rapid Training, with an RRP of £985.
The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) up to one week after the winner has been selected. If a winner does not respond to National Highways within 10 days of being notified by National Highways, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and National Highways will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner by their email address on the day of being notified of their win.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The prize is supplied by Rapid Training whose registered office is at Scottsdale House, 10-31 Springfield Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 2HR. National Highways reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond National Highways’ control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of National Highways regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
National Highways must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation National Highways will confirm the prizes have been awarded to anyone who emails marketing@nationalhighways.co.uk or writes to National Highways Marketing at Three Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6GA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. National Highways reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
National Highways reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, National Highways will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize or as a result of any actions taken by Rapid Training, its agents or distributors except where it is caused by the negligence of National Highways or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the National Highways Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
