Manny Lewis to join National Highways on 10 March 2025 as a Non-Executive Director.
After a fair and open competition, Manny Lewis is to join National Highways on 10 March 2025 as a Non-Executive Director.
Manny, who has senior executive and non-executive leadership experience in a number of large public sector organisations, will be chair of the Remuneration Committee. The role is currently held by Simon Blanchflower, who remains a Non-Executive Director.
Manny is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People Committee at the Civil Aviation Authority. Manny has expertise in change management, organisational development, service redesign, urban regeneration, executive coaching and partnership working. He has served on a number of other boards, and in many high-profile positions across the public sector and local government, including as Managing Director for Watford Borough Council and Chief Executive for the London Development Agency.
Welcoming Manny to the Board, National Highways Chair Gareth Rhys Williams said: “Manny brings with him a good understanding of the regulatory environment in which National Highways operates, and particularly of remuneration governance. He will be a strong addition to our Board.
“I would like to thank Simon Blanchflower for his work on the Remuneration Committee and look forward to continuing working with him.”
