We're proud to re-sign the Armed Forces Covenant

We recently took part in a ceremony to re-sign the Covenant, where we were joined by our Chief Digital and Information Officer Richard Pedley, Air Commodore Adam Sansom and members of our Armed Forces Network.

We provide a supportive route into a civilian career for ex-services personnel. We appreciate the unique set of skills and expertise they can bring to our work, and we work with them to make sure they can make an immediate contribution.

We achieved the distinguished Gold Award from the Employer Recognition Scheme from the Ministry of Defence.

We also support people who are part of reserve forces and cadet adult volunteers with paid time off for training, for example.
