If you have a Dart Charge account - you need to update your payment card details

If you are a Dart Charge account holder (including Pay as You Go customers), you must log in to Dart Charge and re-validate the card you use to pay. This is due to new banking requirements.
If you don't, your crossings won't be paid automatically, which could lead to a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
We've sent direct communications and instructions to those affected.
Deadline for updating card details
You have until 31 August 2023 to update your payment card details on the website.
