Highways Accident Reporting Tool (HART)
By reporting accidents, we learn what causes them and how to prevent them. This helps everybody stay safe when using or working on our roads.
We want everyone that works with us and everyone who travels on our network to get home safe and well. We're all responsible for making positive safety behaviour changes and we're all leaders when it comes to safety.
Publication of the revised GG128 - December 2022
On 1 December, we published the 2022 version of the GG128 England National Application Annex, our requirements for reporting incidents, events and undesirable circumstances.
Malcolm Dare, National Highways Executive Director, Commercial and Procurement has written a letter to our supply chain regarding the latest issue of GG128 and its application.
