Career timelines

Our team consists of diverse people, in all different roles, from all different backgrounds. To give you a feel for their career journeys, here are some of their personal timelines.

Charley Whitelock, Community Engagement Coordinator

Charley has spent the last six years’ working in community engagement on three of London’s major infrastructure projects.
She completed a level four Higher National Certificate (HNC) apprenticeship in public relations.

Graham King, Interim Health, Safety, Security and Wellbeing Director

Graham started as an Apprentice Armourer for the British Army. He spent 23 years in service, before beginning his safety professional career in construction.

Matthew Crittenden, Electrical Project Manager

Matt worked his way up the electrical apprenticeship ladder. He now has a vast amount of experience within design, planning and project management.

Michael Murphy, Head of Quality

A large stretch of Michael’s international career has been in aviation. He started as a mechanical engineering apprentice and has progressed his 39-year long profession in quality management.

Tom Howell, Utilities Technical Lead

During Tom’s 16-year career, he’s studied for his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng). He’s also recently passed as a Chartered Professional with the Institute of Civil Engineers.
