    Maintaining safety and improving journeys

    We'll be working between the Berelands Interchange and the A3M junction (near Waterlooville).

    We'll need full weekend and overnight closures on the southbound A3 between Petersfield and Waterlooville.

    Full weekend closures:

    • 9pm Friday 11 October to 6am Monday 14 October
    • 9pm Friday 25 October to 6am Monday 28 October

    Overnight closures:

    Monday 28 October to Tuesday 5 November 9pm to 6am.

    Monday to Friday working only.

    Diversion:

    Traffic will be diverted by:

    • A272, A32, A27 Porchester
    • A3 Purbrook, Waterlooville, Cowplain to join the A3M at junction 2
